Katie is a pediatric speech language pathologist who earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her master’s degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Prior to joining Midwest Speech Therapy, she worked in Early Intervention and at an outpatient pediatric rehab facility.
Katie enjoys working with children of all ages. She loves seeing how speech and language therapy progress positively impacts children’s everyday lives. Katie is trained in PROMPT, an oral-motor therapy approach to speech production. In her free time, Katie enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family, and young daughter and son.
